Se convierten en patr\u00f3n.<br>Con el tiempo, esos patrones se vuelven estructurales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-f97e77ba wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-left:10px\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0px;padding-bottom:5px;font-size:17px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Hay momentos en la vida de una organizaci\u00f3n en los que el crecimiento, la transici\u00f3n o el aumento de complejidad exigen algo m\u00e1s que ajustes t\u00e9cnicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;font-size:16px\">Empresas que deben profesionalizarse sin perder identidad.<br>Equipos que necesitan redefinir roles cuando la escala cambia.<br>Transiciones generacionales donde la legitimidad ya no proviene solo de la historia.<br>Estructuras formales que funcionan, pero encuentran l\u00edmites cuando el contexto exige mayor adaptaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-f97e77ba wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-left:10px\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:2px;font-size:16px\">En todos estos casos, lo que est\u00e1 en juego no es \u00fanicamente estrategia o eficiencia.<br>Es la capacidad del grupo para<strong> <\/strong>revisar c\u00f3mo se vincula, c\u00f3mo distribuye poder y c\u00f3mo construye pertenencia.<br>Cuando esa dimensi\u00f3n no se trabaja, el aprendizaje se detiene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;padding-top:0px;font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">Y sin aprendizaje, no hay transformaci\u00f3n sostenible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-f97e77ba wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-left:10px\">\n<p
