Diagn\u00f3stico vincular situado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-top:10px;font-size:16px\">Toda intervenci\u00f3n comienza con una lectura profunda de la din\u00e1mica actual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">No se trata \u00fanicamente de identificar fallas operativas, sino de comprender c\u00f3mo circula la palabra, c\u00f3mo se distribuye la autoridad, d\u00f3nde se concentra la responsabilidad y qu\u00e9 tensiones permanecen impl\u00edcitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">El objetivo no es se\u00f1alar responsables \u2014se analizan roles, no personas\u2014 sino hacer visible el funcionamiento del sistema y sus patrones de repetici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-f97e77ba wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-left:10px\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Dispositivos de conversaci\u00f3n estructurada y din\u00e1micas situacionales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-top:10px;font-size:16px\">A partir de esa lectura, se dise\u00f1an espacios de trabajo con reglas claras y encuadre cuidado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;font-size:16px;line-height:1.5\">No son instancias cat\u00e1rticas ni debates desordenados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:6px;margin-bottom:10px;font-size:16px;line-height:1.5\">Son conversaciones estrat\u00e9gicamente facilitadas para:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;font-size:16px;line-height:1.8\">\u2013 explicitar necesidades<br>\u2013 revisar expectativas<br>\u2013 redistribuir palabra y responsabilidad<br>\u2013 abordar tensiones postergadas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Se incorporan din\u00e1micas situacionales y vivenciales (talleres, ejercicios grupales, recursos dram\u00e1ticos) que integran emoci\u00f3n, cuerpo y reflexi\u00f3n, ampliando el aprendizaje m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del plano racional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">El foco est\u00e1 en recuperar la capacidad de di\u00e1logo sin que el sistema se fragmente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-b0a1299a wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-bottom:100px;padding-left:10px\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Reconfiguraci\u00f3n de acuerdos operativos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">El trabajo vincular se traduce en decisiones concretas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px;line-height:1.7\">Se actualizan roles.<br>Se redefinen compromisos.<br>Se clarifican criterios de autoridad y responsabilidad.<br>Se establecen mecanismos de seguimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">La intervenci\u00f3n no impone soluciones externas. Facilita que el propio equipo construya una forma de organizaci\u00f3n acorde a su nivel de complejidad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained efectiva<\/strong><br>Disminuci\u00f3n de malentendidos y conversaciones orientadas a la resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Cooperaci\u00f3n real<\/strong><br>Reconocimiento del otro como recurso estrat\u00e9gico y no como obst\u00e1culo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Capacidad de abordar el conflicto<\/strong><br>Menor fricci\u00f3n improductiva y mayor elaboraci\u00f3n colectiva de las tensiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Alineaci\u00f3n entre objetivos y recursos disponibles<\/strong><br>Decisiones m\u00e1s claras y mejor utilizaci\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda grupal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Alineaci\u00f3n entre decisiones y ejecuci\u00f3n<\/strong><br>Lo acordado se implementa y se sostiene en la pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px;line-height:2\"><strong>Autonom\u00eda operativa del equipo<\/strong><br>El grupo adquiere herramientas para sostener resultados sin depender de apoyo externo constante.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Como consecuencia, se consolida un funcionamiento m\u00e1s estable y un clima de trabajo propicio para nuevos aprendizajes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:20px;font-size:16px\">La claridad en el proceso fortalece el
