A medida que emergen los conflictos latentes, el objetivo inicial se redefine en funci\u00f3n de lo que la din\u00e1mica del grupo y la instituci\u00f3n van poniendo en juego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:25px;font-size:16px\">La transformaci\u00f3n organizacional requiere decisi\u00f3n, encuadre y compromiso compartido.
